Delivery time & shipping costs

We ship free of charge throughout Germany

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders received on Friday afternoon will be processed and shipped the following business day (usually the next Monday). After this processing time, the following delivery times apply: 2-4 days (Monday to Friday) FREE SHIPPING IN GERMANY  

All shipments are sent with a tracking number, which you will receive by email as soon as your package has been shipped. For a small additional charge, we also offer an insured shipping method (insured against theft, loss or damage). To do this, select this in the checkout under "Shipping".

If you have any changes to your order or address, please send us an email to our customer service immediately at krallbubeckyt@gmail.com or contact us here. Once the package has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.
